The GW3Stock buyer list is for players who plan to buy Guild Wars 3 gold when the game launches. The offer is simple: join with one email address, get a launch-day discount code, and receive early access to stock before public orders open. Live pricing appears when Guild Wars 3 has a real economy to price against.
You only need to enter an email address. The separate marketing checkbox is optional and unticked by default. If you leave it unticked, the form can still record your waitlist interest, but marketing consent is not bundled into the submit action.
